At Nextra Labs, every order is carefully packaged and dispatched to ensure it arrives safely and securely.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (England time) are typically processed and fulfilled the same day.
Most orders are fulfilled within 24–48 hours before being handed to our trusted delivery partners for shipment.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
England Delivery
We offer two tracked shipping options throughout England:
Next Day Delivery
- Available on eligible orders.
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM are typically dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.
Standard Delivery
- Estimated delivery within 2–4 working days after dispatch.
International Shipping
We ship internationally where permitted by local regulations.
Delivery times vary depending on destination. For orders outside England, we will always select the fastest suitable shipping option available to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees that may apply.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
Every order is securely packaged to protect product integrity during transit.
Each vial is:
- Securely sealed
- Placed inside a protective bubble wrap pouch
- Packed within an additional padded mailer
- Clearly labelled and shipped with a fragile handling sticker where appropriate
